The Death Of Primo Levi

The novelist, poet and chemist Primo Levi
wrote and talked about his experiences as a prisoner in a Nazi
concentration camp in Auschwitz, Poland, during WW II. Levi, was found
dead at the bottom of four flights of stairs at his apartment complex in
Turin, Italy, in 1987. Many believe that he committed suicide and that
the motive for such an act grew out of his Auschwitz experiences. This

resulted in the destruction of life and language.
